RETURN & REFUND POLICY


14-Day Easy Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To Be Eligible for a Return

  •  The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide your order number and invoice.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp (+94 74 202 3682) with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.

Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in
    original packaging.
  • Return delivery cost is borne by the customer.
  • Change of mind is NOT accepted for:
  • Personal care items (razors, brushes, beauty tools) once opened Innerwear, swimwear, and socks
  • Items sold as clearance / final sale (marked on the product page)

Refund Method & Timing

  • COD orders: refund by bank transfer within 3–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Prepaid orders: refund to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of inspection.
    Replacements ship within 24 hours of inspection, subject to stock.

Warranty Items

  • Products listed with a warranty period are covered for manufacturing faults for the stated period. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
  • Contact us on WhatsApp to start a warranty claim.
